How we respond

Our office operates Monday to Saturday, Vietnam time (GMT+7). For quick questions, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. For formal enquiries, quotations, and documentation, email is preferred.

We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day. For complex requests requiring detailed pricing or specifications, we will acknowledge receipt within one business day and provide a full response within three business days.

Common requests

Requesting a sample

First-time buyers are welcome to request a physical sample before committing to an order. Tell us the variety, grade, and the destination market in your enquiry, and we will arrange shipment of a sample matched to your exact specifications.

Requesting a quotation

Tell us the variety, grade, quantity, packaging, Incoterms, and delivery timeline. We will return a detailed quotation within one business day, including product specifications and pricing.

Tracking an order

Once your order is confirmed, our Export Operations team will keep you informed at each stage of production, loading, and shipment. If you need an update at any time, contact your assigned export representative directly or email phuochungrice@gmail.com with your contract reference.

Document queries

Standard documentation includes the bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, commercial invoice, and packing list. If you require additional documentation for your destination market, please raise this at the contract stage so we can confirm it can be provided.

Quality concerns

If you have any concerns about the quality of a shipment on arrival, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with photographs, batch numbers, and any third-party inspection findings. We take every quality concern seriously and will work with you to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Complaints

If at any stage you are not satisfied with our service, we want to know. Please email phuochungrice@gmail.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a description of the issue. Complaints are handled directly by senior management and acknowledged within two business days.

Visit our facility

Buyers are welcome to visit our processing facility in Can Tho. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange your visit, including factory tour, document review, and meetings with our operations and export teams.
